I had my surgery on 10/5 and the doctor has me on 2 weeks of liquid. I blew it and had some cheese, chicken sausage from a casserole I made for my daughter. Not only do I feel like a failure but I don't know if what I ate could hurt the RNY. I just want to cry.

Believe me, I won't judge AT ALL, since I have slipped up about 5 times. Sweets are not my vice, but good food is! Sneaking a bite or two has lead me to feel guilty, and sometimes it has taught me a lesson when I felt the chest pain hit (from not chewing the food well enough). As everyone else has said, just move on and don't do it anymore if you can help it. But yes, also as someone else has said, almost everyone slips up. You are not alone. :)
