Hi was wondering how you were all getting on?

I'm doing fine! Just had my 3 month Nut appointment today. I was told i was doing good as far as weight loss. Need to beef up my Water and work on my Vitamin d. Down according to their records 52 lbs. My record is 60 lbs. Yeah I gained weight when I was disapproved the first time. Appt with surgeon on Jan 25, I'll keep you posted.
