1 Week Post Opp

Im starting to feel better just about to start 2nd week of stage 1. Milkshakes are a pain though. Only on 2 pain killers per day and im already seeing weight loss.

This forum site is brill and gets you thru the tough days

Well I will say you are well on your way. That 1st week was by far the most brutal physically.... now overcome the mental parts that comes with it. Patience is KEY!!!!
