I Feel To Cry :-(

I mis understood my Protein intake,in my paper say 8oz a day so i have to split those 8oz,but at first i though it was 8oz 3times a day :-( no wonder i feel so dam full and blowded im so madddd,but from tomorrow on ill will do 2 and half oz 3times a day ,sad when sometimes u can't understand some instructions,

    Immediately call your dietitian only they're going to be able to explain well, that I had to drink 16 ounces divided into two ... Because that is different depends on the doctor... Good luck :)

    Finerwoman,i drank basically 24 in that day ,i felt like crab and sooo tired till i read the paper and say 8oz per day
