Oral Fixation

Just want to know if other have had this issue and how do you over come it. I am 4 months post op and find myself always wanting something in my mouth. I am not hungry, but will snack to have the sensation. I have never liked gum, but have found myself buying it just to chew it. I am sure this is something with my brain, but I am frustrated and feel like I am cheating when I finally give in,

Any suggestions would be great

I can relate. I haven't chewed gum but have thought it might help. I try and keep healthy stuff close by and but I always want something... Old habits die hard! Best of luck to us both
