Met with my surgeon 3 weeks ago... passed my psych eval 2 weeks ago... FINALLY received all of my medical records this past Monday... And now we are waiting to hear back from my insurance provider on if I'm approved. Anyone out there have United Healthcare Deere Primere? Just wondering how long it is going to take to hear back...

Good idea. I'll try to call them tomorrow. The number I have for my plan is our company's insurance liaison Accolade. They are great at helping get things approved paid etc but they only can see what's been processed.

Found out today that the insurance coordinator never sent my info in last week like she said she would... And she's been on vacation this week. SERIOUSLY!?! I'm trying so ard to stay patient!
