October 7, 201213 yr Paul with the tea or coffee black can you have like splenda in it? And how many SF puddings a day can you have? Do you still have to stay under a calorie count while doing a liquid diet?
October 7, 201213 yr Yes use Splenda you can use sugar free creamer to If you can put up with the taste. As far as calorie count I could never get in enough calories to worrie about. sF pudding has like 80 cals per 1/2 cup don't hold me to that. liquid diet is the worst part after surgery it gets EZ you won't want to eat food will make you sick, but your brain will tell you to eat DON'T Listen to it and your old pouch will grumble at times to really loud it funny to hear it when your talking to friends and it start.
