First Walk Post Op!

My daughter is with her father so i took my 3 sons for a walk down the beach and back! Poor things were exhausted. not sure how far we walked but it took an hour and I'm thinking it was just over a mile! I feel great just trying to get moving. Wed I'll be 2Weeks post op and returning to work that day!! Very excited!
