I'm bringing this post back up. I know I'm not the only one that had surgery in May. Let's post here the up date for all that had surgery in May 2012

I hade surgery on 5/2. I have went from 266 lbs to 155.5. My starting weight was 282.8. I went from a 24 to a 10. I've ran 3 5ks and I'm considering training for a 1/2 marathon. What a difference a year makes!
