I'm doing great down 145 lbs from my heaviest.. Had very little complications and still loosing.. My wife also had rny in June and has lost 85lbs

How is your journey going so far,

I'm doing good lost 31 pounds so far and feeling good. Wow your wife also had the surgery this must be life changing in your house. I'm hoping to loose enough weight so that I could start dating and going out again.

take your vitamins, drink lots if water and most of all get your protein in ... I know it's hard sometimes.,,, hell all the time lol

In Timmins Ontario. just got out 3 days ago. surgery was last friday. I'm struggling with the taste of the protein supplement and nausea. maybe not doing it all right. but not easy to get the protein in cause of that.

For sure it's gets better. Hang in there

I am still in the process of getting approved. I have seen the surgeon ( I know weird I saw Dr Lloyd Smith first) and I go or the dietician,social worker and nurse appt on November 9. Anxiously awaiting g their decision. Did anyone have there surgery in St Joseph's in Toronto?
