Not Eating, Because I'm Not Hungry

I'm wondering if the little that I am eating could be a bad thing. Literally Saturday I only had a couple bites of a chicken breast. I'm not thinking about food anymore and eating isn't what it used to be. I used to enjoy it because everything fit and tasted good. Now its like im just not interested. Or if I am I eat like four bites. Idk I was just wondering if anyone else is this way? I take vitamins and drink fluids just am not thinking about eating. Hmm.
