Eating Healthy !

My better half and myself just came from the Giant grocery store , we needed to get a few things and some new foods I can try , I know suck it up right ! But eating healthy food cost so much more than eating junk we got three bags of groceries for a total of $ 55.00 yikes !!!

I agree, I try to stick with whatever veggie is on sale for the week and the same for fish or any other Protein. The good thing is with us a little goes a long way! I definitely freeze a lot or find myself eating the same thing all week so it does not go bad.

Good idea. Didn't think of buying whatever vegetables it's on sale for the week.
