I know your emotions are all over the place, Deep breaths. You will do great. If you can go do something

special for yourself, like a mani pedi or your hair trimmed. Maybe get a good book to read over the weekend or finish up some craft you have started. Anything to make the time go by.

Thanks so much for the support. I am trying to keep myself busy so I dont think about. I worry about my mind and wanting food. I know one day at a time.

Keep busy and focus on why you are doing it. Reminding myself kept me so calm. Even sitting in the surgery prep area I was calm. I took deep breaths asks my questions and went in feeling confident I made the best decision of my life.

All the luck!

Surgery 7/25/12

It's going to be here before you know it. Take the time to prep your home for your return after surgery. Try all kinds of protein shakes, vitamins etc. and have them ready. Take a peek at the nutritional papers if you were given some and get the foods they recommend. Pick out a good book, chapstick and pack your bag for the hospital :) It will be here quick! Congrats!
