Flat Affect

Feeling a strong sense of flat affect since I was triggered emotionally yesterday. I have eaten 3 bit size chocolate bars in 2 days and a handful of chips...I'm getting my moontime (menstral) soon I'm sure but man I'm having a hard time filing my stomach. I almost vomitted for the first time today eating chicken and veggies cause I was eating so fast. I have been feeling this way once every few wks...I understand that mental health can go down after surgery but I guess I didn't anticipate these feelings.

I'm 5.5wks out...tell me it gets easier.

Signing off hopeful..

It does get easier.

I understand where you're coming from. It's not easy as a woman having those same craving once a month. And I understand how you feel when it's like you're so hungry and your mind will only be happy when your old stomach is full. Just stick it out and know, it's okay to eat. Little if what you like. Because if you don't, you will just end up overcompensating later on down the line.
