Hello:)

I have no idea how I function by only eating 210 calories a day???? I have way more energy than my body wants to have right now does anyone else have this too? Its so awesome!

I can't believe it on Monday I was feeling Awesome! Then that night was horrificly painfull just like you guys described. It feels better to push it in. Hurts when I get up or down. I'm trying to stay positive the pain won't be forever. I found bending slightly backwards helped.

Ugh, sorry Juseabooo....don't wish this annoying pain on anyone. My surgeon just keeps telling me to stretch and it will get easier. For me, if I reach way up over my head and bend a bit back and to the right the pain is better.
