Pre-Op Liquid Diet

Would it be okay to mix light yogurt with protein powder during the 2 week pre-op diet?

I have been told it is easier to take. I have some chocolate protein mix an vanilla yogurt I'm going to try it out tomorrow. Mix tastes horrible with water. Milk it's pretty rough, hoping it will be better with yogurt!

Ok so what exactly can you eat or drink on the liquid diet?

I find it actually depends on your doctor. Mine has not put me on one. I'm scheduled for Oct 3rd and I see my surgeon on Sept 27th for Pre-op so he may put me on one then.

Broth, shakes, some allow yogurt, water, SF Popsicles, SF jello. Same stuff you'll be consuming for weeks after surgery.
