    CONGRATS!!! If you have questions just ask and there are a lot of wonderful and helpful people here.

    Start measuring your food with a 1/2 so you have smaller portions. Don't have anything to drink when you eat so you get use to that. Also carry around something to drink all the time and take sips every 10-15 minutes. Don't eat junkfood. Start taking Vitamins so that way your use to having them daily. Hope this helps :)
