Hi everyone!

So I had definitively hit a plateau, I been 175lbs for a month now, it's kind of discouraging but I'm hoping I'll star losing lbs again and SOON!!! I'm doing the same thing eating right and had increase my exercise routine. This is the first time I had plateau after 5months of my surgery day. Any suggestions ill take the advice ;) thanks
