Edamane

Anyone else have trouble eating this? I like the dry roasted ones and love the crunch but I can never even get close to eating the whole 1/4 cup to get the 14 g of protein...maybe half if I'm lucky. As soon as I start eating them I immediately feel full and today started feeling like I was going to throw up. Is it because they are so dry?

I love them, I eat one at a time and yes about after 10-20 of them I am feeling full. They are dry but I think eating one at a time helps me.

It probably is too dry. Have you tried the kind in water or olive oil? They go down great!

I haven't.....actually haven't even seen them this way. Are they still crunchy?
