Blood Plasma Transusion

Question?? I am three weeks post op. I had my Rny surgery and about 2 hours after my surgery they gave me 2 bags of plasma. They said I was very pale and my lips were very white when I came out of surgery. My question is this..... Did anyone else have this happen to them or was it something wrong with me? Blood clotting problems, etc. I had my surgery done in Ontario. I'm a little scared that maybe something is wrong with my blood and it doesn't clot properly. I know it's too late now but I'm also concerned of the safety of the blood that I was given. Any advice? Thanks everyone!

you may have a low platelet count. You can get that checked at your Drs.

They will usually give you a blood thinner just before surgery. Maybe it was a reaction to that?

It happened to me two days after my surgery, I had a clot
