Maybe starting all Over again? I mean it by starting to eat what you use to eat right after surgery? Increase Protein and decrease calories? I was told that by my nutritionist that if weight loss stalls at any time, to go back to the early stages of post surgery.

surgery date: 7/30/12

Or as my futur trainer keeps telling me step it up fat boy he's funny and used to weight 438 lbs befor surgery now he's a gym rat and is 297 lbs and rock hard. He has just entered his first compatetion for Mr NY And to top it all off he's 53 years old.

Look out Mr America here comes Troy

So he makes me step up the work outs or as much as the doctors will let me do right now
