Well if you call the insurance company and they say it doesn't have to be consecutive then I would go for it. Although most insurance does require it to be consecutive. So really only they can tell you. Your surgeon should know as well if he deals with that insurance company a lot

Thanks. My surgeon's office is saying that it doesn't have to be consecutive. I think that I will try submitting after my next pcos after my pcos appt in Oct. All I have left is the psych eval and for my records to be transferred from my old doc to the new one for proof of more than 3 years being morbidly obese.
