Is This Too Much?

I'm 6 months out and I can eat a whole container of yogurt which is 5.3 oz. plus some grapes...

Is that too much at a time? I feel full, but i don't wanna stretch my pouch. How much is the normal at this stage?

Sounds good. It was healthy food you ate.

I had a swallow study...soft or liquids pretty much goes straight through into the intestines. Add some nuts or granola to make it stay for a while. I do fage yogurt all the time for breakfast and am 4 months out. With some fresh cherries.
