so i just took the citrate and im sweating like a pig and my stomach is turning and burning i hope this is normal, and let me tell you that stuff IS GROSS!! it taste like lemon seawater so salty. i dont know when its guna kick it but i hope im ready lol. surgery tomorrow and im so ready!!!

    I got a cherry flavor it was salty and sour and tasted more like a jolly rancher in liquid form. Hated it! It will kick in soon enough!

    That stuff sucks. Never really hit me that bad but then again I was on liquid for a week before wasn't much to come out
