    Soup saved my life, especially creamy ones. You can have anything that fits through a straw. There are some good yogurt drinks out there too. Good luck.

    Thanks for the tip. I have really enjoyed moving on to cream Soups. I think I don't want another drink of broth for along time.. Do you just eat three meals a day?

    Thanks, I really want to visit with others that have the band to compare war stories. :) You have done well. That is my plan to lose slow. After surgery I went for check up lost 4 lbs from 300. Its a start.
