Sore Throat, Stuffy Nose....oh Man.

I woke up today feeling pretty bad. Sore throat, stuffy nose, headache...Signs of a cold I suppose.

But my question is. What am I supposed to take?

I would rather try home remedies/over the counter meds before going to my doctor.

:( any advice and tips are highly appreciated. Thanks <3
