Frustrated

I'm eating all the right things and exercising. My weight is coming off slow! I look like I'm smaller but it's not showing on the scale. Depressing.

I have to agree with losingitforme. Remember that without enough Protein (remember your essential amino acids) your not able to function. Your body will literally start starving and storing and burning muscle (you don't want this!). You have to get the protein intake up no matter what. Get some egg beaters do whatever you need but get some protein!!

And call your nutritionist! Your healthcare team is there for you! Utilize them! They will be excited your using them and do will you!
