I Lost 8 Lbs

Am pre op and just started step one of my plan ( data entry all I eat to curb snacking and get control. Welli am so big I don't have a scale I can weigh myself so today I was picking up a prescription at my drs office and ran

In to use their scale according to that scale I lost 8 lbs compared to the scale at the surgeons office. I hope it's accurate.y scrubs do feel a little looser so I believe I have lost a bit. YEAH!
