Want Something New!

I had surgery on july 12 and have been on full liquids for 2 weeks the problem is im so tired of the same foods that I don't want to eat anymore! I eat cottage cheese, beans, eggs, jello, pudding, and cream of wheat. For some reason im craving avocados not sure if we can have that yet. Does anyone have any suggestions?

i'm craving avocado too. tomorrow starts puree for me. I plan on doing a scrambled egg with spoonful of avocado on it. Also going to make a 'layered dip' with refried beans, pureed chilli, avocado, and plain yogurt. yum!

That sounds really good! I heard its ok to have certain crackers too.. that would be great for the dip!

My nutritionist said saltines are ok bu this early out I wouldn't do more than like 2 per meal. I'm going to do the dip in a bunch of little containers for quick meals. Trying to make sure there are alot of quick dinners bc my kids sports will be starting soon!
