yep. I have the occasional margarita. I've also had beer and champagne. However, once I saw how it affected my protein/carb balance for the day, I try not to do it too often. It's a tradeoff that's okay on occasion, as long as you are aware of the empty calories and carbs it adds to your overall day.

Like Donali says, this band is about life. Life sometimes means you have a drink or two.

Well I had a party 3 days before my surgery. I have to say that was my last drink for a year. My doc says the bubbles will just not work in that little tummy. But then it may be a trick to help me quit drinking... Who knows?

Well I had MY first margarita this past weekend (6 weeks post op) and everything went down well.... too well!!! Couldve had SEVERAL more!!!!!

But stopped at one :)

Yes, I've had some drinks since my surgery. Like Leatha said, it is a trade off because of empty calories and carbs, but life does have to go on! The upside is it only takes a couple drinks to get tipsy!

I haven't tried any bubbly stuff though, I stick to vodka and crystal lite.
