Hi all, if you are banded and are able to eat reg fiood, what is your day like how much do you eat and how often. I have been filled one time and have lost 60lbs. I was banded in Mar 2004. I feel like I am stuck. I sometimes think I need a fill but the restriction is still there and its really weird because some day I can eat ok and then other days my food is getting stuck. I had some oj this moring and had a little heartburn its gone now. I am addicted to mexican food. Is this bad?

I love chips and salsa. I can not eat tortillas but I will have a tostada with guacomole . mmm itys so good I know if I didn't eat the chps and tostada I would loose more but I love it and cant get away. I am so bad.:guess

Hi all!! I was banded in Mar 04, started at 305 down to 245. I have had some problem with food coming back up when I eat to fast up until now I havent been hungry between meal but now I am starting to feel hungry. I have had 1 fill. Anyone exp the same feeling?

Have you had a problem with food coming back up I find when I eat really really slow it is ok but sometimes actualy a lot of the times I eat fast and it comes back up. I hate it.

Hi my name is Angela I was banded in March 2004. I have had a total of 60lbs weight loss! The thing I love about the band is I can eat what I want I have learned sometimes I eat to fast and it comes up. The biggest challenge I have is not being able to drink with my food... I admit some times I slip.

New Hope I have to sit my 52oz jug of water at my desk and its hot pink so I cant miss it so I try to drink 1-2 a day then I go home and brew my icetea and I drink that for my treat! Keep up the great work...

I had my band in Mar 2004 and I sometimes eat and drink mostly when I eat chips and salsa... I know I am a bad girl. I have lost 60lbs, my fav. drink with Mexican food is Ice tea. I usually wait 1hr before I drink anything.
