To funny my surgery is aug 3rd like yours. And my nutrition and surgeon meeting is tomorrow at 9 am and 11 am lol

I bought a sample pack of the nectars. I use 16 oz of water instead of 8 and mix in a crystal light singles packet. Shake it up with a lot of ice and keep it very cold. I mix the chocolate types with EAS advantage chocolate shakes - 40 g of proteinin 11 oz. Also drink over a lot of ice. Since it takes so long to drink, I don't count them as a meal.
