Post-Op Diet Sickness?

I've been on this liquid pre op diet for 2 days now and I'm feeling a little lightheaded, headache and just blah! Has anyone else felt this way during their pre op diet?

If so, what did you do? How did you manage?

I have 6 days left before surgery. And I'm really trying to stick to this diet. Ugh

Any tips, ideas, anything is welcomed and highly appreciated.

    I'm starting it tomorrow. They gave me hmr800 along a variety of ways to make it. I'm on it for two weeks. Good luck!
