Salad

I Have been wanting salad sooo bad with tomatoes. I had gastric bypass June 13. Anybody have any ideas when I can eat it??

I was allowed salad at 5 weeks because I healed do good but it usually is 3 months out. Call your dr to see if you can

Didn't your doctor give you a list of what you can and cannot eat??? I would say at 3 wks post op you "may" be able to eat salad but I would consult with your doctor first. I was eating pretzels at that poing.

I did get a list of things I can eat. But I feel like I could handle eating more things like salad! I have an appt with the dr in a couple weeks so I will ask then!
