I had 30 days diet it was 2 shakes per day 1 snack and veggies with fish for dinner. Then 2 days before surgery liquid only until 12am

Ahhh I wish my was like that. I only could have liquids for 2 weeks

It kinda sucks but it was good because as weeks when by my body was eating less & less which means I knew the surgery would work since i'm eating less before surgery after surgery it wont affect me as much.

My diet is the same and I think it makes it easy to do it. I'm worry about the clear liquid 3 days before my surgery which is next Wednesday

I thought it was sorta cool because I had diet snapple in all flavors,liquid broth,plenty of water,and I kept my self busy all day,and food wasn't even on my food.

Yey it make sense that's a really good way of getting used to the new life

Good luck on your diet I have been on the liquid diet sense Sunday it is hard but just keep telling your self it is for the better. I have lost 8 lds sense Sunday. And have surgery next Tuesday on the 11 july. U can do it trust me u can
