Happy July The 4Th

Taking the kids to the park. Unfortunately no BBQ this year & maybe next year when I'm adjusted to this life style I can BBQ but I'll have a bite & stick to my salad or fruits.

    My friends had their yearly big bash yesterday. Energy wise I did great, but I was so afraid to eat. I ended up drinking my tea and a ton of Water, and waited till I got home to eat. I wish I could have salad, my doc said not till I am at least six weeks out.
