Going Back To Work...

I'm coming up on my 4th week post op from RNY Gastric Bypass and I'm heading back to work. My question is does anyone work a really physical job? I work in a warehouse and do a lot of lifting sometimes 75 pounds plus! I was told I could go back with no restrictions.

      Even if you have no restrictions try not to over do it. I was an assistance pharmacist. So I didn't lift anything unless it was a small tote less then 10pounds. Good luck going back to work & al
