Hello There

I whated to know how did you change like eat, drink, and daily life before you had the bypass. Because for me I am trying to change before the bypass but it is very hard. So I didn't know if you could help me out. Thank you!

I stop 1 month before surgery. It was hard but started loving iced tea diet snapple. I had surgery may 30, 2012 so April 1, 2012 I said good bye to soda.

Ohhh I can't bare to look at a grape or strawberry fanta. :(. Ughh Water just isn't the same.

It's only hard in the beginning. There are so many drinks out there.
