Concerned

Ok so I am three weeks post op. Own worried about the pouch possibly stretching. It just seems I've been able to eat more than the "egg" size that I was told. I'm struggling with the habit of drinking while eating and still working on correcting that. That being said, am I just washing the food through or could I have very well stretched the pouch and sabotaged myself? Anyone else ever in this predicament?

Sounds like your washing the food through!

I am like you and like to drink water during my meal. Well last night I had some water a few mintues after I was done eating and then I threw up. It is my second time to throw up and it was not pleasent at all. I usually get nauseated when I drink during a meal. Hang in there.

Eat first then drink. You need to fill your pouch wait then drink. I know I can't do the drinking & eating anymore it would make me vomit.
