Well it depends if you have any health problems because of being overweight and if you have been on a supervised weight loss plan like Jenny Craig or nutri- system cuz I was on Jenny Craig when I was in my teens an my Dr. accepted that so I did not have to do the 6 month weight loss thing people have to do I got approved in like 2 months

I know ! When I lost weight and became about a size 14 I noticed people looked at me different in a good way , an as I lost more weight their was a acceptance that I never felt when I was heavy I mean I would get guys tryin to get at me when I was heavy but now its respectfully done not gawking but things like opening the door an just things like that an everytime I go somewhere without my Hubby I gatta go the other way when I see a guy tryin to flirt but it's sad how the world treats a heavy person vs a thinner person

Funny cuz I do the same for my kids an Hubby lol I enjoy watching them enjoy the food I make crazyyyyyyy

Well the way you will know you are full is when there is a feeling of fullness and satisfaction. Don't overfill your new stomach though because you will have such a strong sensation to vomit and very violently. and as time goes by your brain will automatically know what your limit is because it's used to eating a certain amount all the time but that's what happened in my case I don't know if everyone kinda feels that way but I hope it helps you at least a little bit

Girl not only my knee pain went away but my back pain went away and my foot pain believe me you feel better BUT VERY IMPORTANT VITAMINS !!! I can't stress that enough I take so many everyday but you have to, to keep this great machine we call our bodies in tip top shape

You know something who cares if people think your nuts for staying with him only you and him know how you deeply feel about eachother at the end of the day, and people can give you good hearted advice but don't feel like you have to follow it cuz every situation is unique just keep ur head up and keep God first and prey

Yea that's hard with the both of you away like that by being in the Navy you probably didn't have enough time to properly work on issues and build up trust again. It took me and my husband years to build the trust we have for eachother, and it was very hard and painful with the thoughts that go through your head thinking about him playing house with someone else, but I realized that him cheating an being with another women was one of my greatest fears and when I got over it I was like I'm still here alive happy with my kids and still able to love an be loved, so if it dies ever happen again I know it won't hurt as bad an I am I stronger person now because of it. I know what you mean, back in 2005 me an my husband had split up an he left me for another woman I went with another man after he left , but he found that the grass he thought was greener actually turned brown an dead, it took 8 months for him to realize an child support helped him realize it more as they started to take moeny from his check but anyways we got back together an we actually have a good trust between eachother because wut we both realized is if someone wants to leave the other there's nothing u can do to stop them..... Sometimes the new love works out sometimes it doesn't because if you don't fix the problems with yourself before u get in another relationship it just comes with u in the new relationship....
