this post is just what i needed to see today...I've been miserable n feeling like a failure these last few days ...its good to see that this is normal n not just me:-( hope it gets better for us all...pre diet 291 pre op 281 now 260 surgery 6/7

I eat. I drink all day long (sips). I walk. My beginning weight was before surgery was 248. I am 5'1. I am now at 221. But at a stall since surgery (5/23/12). Its just so frustrating. Not even 1lb gone.

Sweetie stay positive. With the small amount you are eating there is NO WAY you will not drop the weight. Your body is just freaking out but you will come down. Make sure you take something like milk of magnesia if you are constipated and your doc says ok. And i would suggest staying away from the scale for a couple weeks. You will be ok. Just perservere through it. You will loose the weight.
