I found out through that ultrasound that my Gastro Doctor did on Thursday May 17 I have a Gallstone and I have not had the Gastric Bypass yet my Gastric Bypass surgery is on July 24, 2012. My Gastro doctor recommends that my gallbaldder be removed. I heard the GallBladder Can be a a problem after Gastric Bypass Surgery and now my Gallbladder needs to be removed What do you think will happen? If you know the answers please let me know?

I think it's a pretty common thing to have your gallbladder removed during your gastric bypass surgery. Do you think it can wait until then?

I've heard that some surgeons do remove the gallbladder while doing the Gastric bypass as well.
