Sorry My itouch have been acting up lately...

My insurance have officially approve my surgery $20,000. My test for the heart (cardiology) came out excellent,my test for the stomach (endoscopy) excellent. All my blood work excellent. No cholesterol,no high blood pressure,no sugar. In fact I would be consider very healthly if not because I'm over weight.

More wonderful news. IDK how I did it but on Monday I was 199lbs therapist scale and today Wednesday I'm 197lbs. OMG!! I'm so happy so very happy... I just can't believe it. I'm dropping pounds like no tomorrow. I'm very happy extremely happy so very happy.. You can tell right? My surgeon is very happy I manage to lose weight on this diet. This is the best decision besides having kids that I done in my life.

Thankyou all for your support on my good times & bad times. Lots of love Maybelin

That is wonderful! How long ago did you start the process?

Hello I started April 30, 2012 this diet. I heard of some people losing a lot,and other a little, but I have to have in mind that everyone is different, and as long as I'm losing weight, and not gaining that is all I care about.

If you want to know how long in total till my surgery day. I started March 2012 appointments, and blood test ect.. till April, and continue May,and now I'm more then ready to start a new life. Looking forward to May 30.

Congratulations mami! Great job and you ainn't seen nothin yet - wait till you see the weight drop like a rock post-op!!!

Congrats!!! I was so happy they approved me too! What insurance do u have? Also if ur only 197 r u doing lapband or gastric? Gastric I thought was if ur at least 100lbs over weight?

Lets see if this itouch let's me write.

I started at 211lbs.. Yes you should be 100lbs over weight to get WLS but I'm getting it done. I don't want to be fat. I'm having breathing problems & back & knee problems. I don't wanna die. My doctor agree with my reasons & approved me for surgery. The therapist & nutritionist agree with me & my surgeon. They feel my mind is set & this is what done so they are approving me & I will get surgery done. I'm getting gastric bypass.
