I would say maybe talk to your Dr about your dose of meds. I believe its something with the mal absorption because my Claritin doesn't work like it used to. Instead if once every 24 hours it wears off waaay sooner than that. When I let the pill sit under my tongue and dissolve I get better results. Thank God Claritin isn't one of those grossly nasty pills!

Did you recently stop your pain meds? That can cause insomnia.

Does that really work? The Claritin under the tongue? Because my allergies are making me miserable and the children's liquid is not effective. And crushing is a disaster. Are you taking D or regular?

Thank you!

I don't know I get a prescription from my Dr...the generic is called Loratadine

If I'm not mistaken they also make a Claritin in sublingual form for kids. That should work but perhaps increase the dosage.. Good luck to you.
