Surgery Wednesday 5/23

I'M trying to prepare myself for after surgery.

I ordered all of my vitamins from bariatric advantage and they're here. What else should I have in my house for the few weeks after surgery? I have protein shakes , sugar free iced tea, broths , vegetable soup with 25 grams protein . What else should I have at home?

Ice trays, to freeze portions of broth or soup. Gas-X, Milk of Magnesia, for the obvious problems. Plain protein powder is good in mashed potatoes, watered down.

Sugar free Popsicles. They quench your thirst when your full and can't drink anymore liquids.

Popsicles were my saving grace the 1st. couple weeks!
