Just Getting Started With The Whole Process! :)

Hey everyone I am new to the site. I just got started with the whole process of gastric bypass. I am a little nervous but also so excited. I am 22 years old and my husband and I have been trying for our second child for a year now, which is what made me decide to have this done. Its been very hard coming to terms with the fact that I cannot conceive for 18 months after the surgery. I think I am starting to become okay with it now, knowing that this will hopefully improve my chances of getting pregnant. Any advice would be awesome! Has anyone out there conceived after the surgery? If so, was it hard? And were you sick a lot? Thanks everyone!
