I got d/c today at noon. It wasn't that bad, it's actually easier than a c-section. My neck and back are killing me but is due to be laying on my back but they said as I walk that will go away.

I'm doing okay, pain comes and go, controlling the pain w/breathing excersice to avoid pain killers.

I hope the breathing works bug remember your body cant heal if you're in pain. Don't be afraid of the pain meds because you're only gonna need 'em a couple few days anyway. Not long enough to form a habit. ....but also congrats on your new life! Yay!
