My surgeon blood tested me the morning of surgery. I used chantix to quit i have been smoke free since February and I actually feel good about it.

My surgeon told me for most people who have a really hard time quoting to be smoke free five days before surgery .. Just explain how hard it is for you to quit.

i was told by a person who has already had the surgery that if the surgeon finds any nicotine in the blood the surgery is off.

Hi I had all the tests done before having surgery all came back find. having a hard time quite smoking can I sign a waver so I can still have the surergry.... please help try everything not helping
