Ok, so Monday is the big day for me. I am to arrive at Albany Medical Center in Albany, NY at 5:45am. I'm seriously beyond anxious, excited and now very nervous. I'm so looking forward to a new amazing future, but the whole surgery part is finally hitting me. My program only requires a 24 hour clear, sugar free liquid diet, which I have now officially started. Tomorrow my friend will be coming over and she will be sleeping over and we will do final pictures and official inches of the soon to be old me. I look forward to this new life more then words can describe, but nerves are shot. Will keep everyone post.

Awe I am right there with you I go tomorrow morning as well. I am nervous also but I couldn't wait to be posting that it was my turn lol. I think it is normal to be scared but we are going to have our procedure done and be okay afterwards. Best wishes and a speedy full recovery.

I'm now 3 weeks post op and was so scared the day of operation I couldn't sleep at all. Its really not as bad as I thought. Only the first few hours after surgery are 'tough' but you get over it rather quickly. After about a week I didn't even feel like I had an operation. Recovery is rather fast.

Iam next on Wednesday, you are lucky we have to follow a full liquid diet for a week before surgery, not fun. Good luck to you tomorrow, I pray all.goes well for.you.

My doctor's requirement is to do a full liquid diet for 2 weeks prior to surgery and its been so hard but I've lost 32lbs on my own before surgery tomorrow!
