Ok I will meet all the requirements this month for my sleeve, but I will be starting a new job at the end of month. I'm not sure now if I will be able to have my surgery in Dec. I feel like crying since I worked so hard to meet the requirements.

Are you doing selfpay? If not can you talk to your Dr. if you can just continue the weigh in's (or any requirements) for an extra month or so, just until you pass the probation or feel more comfortable asking for some "vaca time"?

Could you do COBRA and so keep your current insurance for a month or two, just to get yourself through surgery?
